OC -Coliseum Pool and Grill - The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast

It was my first time driving to Pelican Hill in Newport Coast.  What a beautiful place! Pelican Hill Resort is a five-star rating.  Inspired by the work of Andrea Palladio who was an architect in the 16th-century Venetian countryside style, this beautiful relaxed comfort resort was built with an amazing coliseum grant pool and many hand-crafted details.  

The birthday dinner for Kara and co Tina was set up right outside with an amazing view of the pool and overlook of the Pelican Resort.  This resort is fantastic and luxurious and the ambiance of dining takes over the food.
